Accomodation

The closest hotel is Villa Stockum in Hanau. Mention the code word "Magic" and you'll get a reduced rate of 60 Euros for a double room including breakfast. You will have to contact the hotel directly; do not use their online booking service.


Preregistration

If you preregister and pay the entry fee till December 15, you save ten percent Also, you won't have to wait in line early in the morning. But if you don't show up, you will be dropped prior to round one of the respective tournament, and there's no refund.
